In this guided meditation we will open up our awareness to deep intuition & higher self guidance.

If we want to live our life in soul alignment, it's vital we are able to access our intuitive wisdom & guidance. In this guided healing meditation, I will guide you to cleanse & awaken the third eye chakra, the associated pineal gland & activate your intuitive senses.

The third eye chakra is associated to intuition, spiritual wisdom & foresight. The magical pineal gland which is the gland associated to the third eye, is known as the seat of the spirit or the soul. We will also connect to other intuitive senses for guidance & connection to our authentic self.

There are no requirements for this meditation, just wear something comfortable & find somewhere quiet where you can relax. Please bring a candle to light together if you have one and you may want to bring a blanket for warmth & perhaps a favourite crystal. It may also be a good idea to bring a notepad & pen in case you want to write anything down after the meditation.

There is no pressure to have your video on & no expectation to share. I intend for this to be a beautiful relaxing experience where we can also open awareness to our own innate intuitive wisdom.
