In this guided meditation we will unlock & awaken soul gifts & skills you wish to activate.

In the quantum field there are multiple versions of you & multiple realities. We have had many lifetimes & experiences that exist side by side to the present time. We will connect to the version of you who confidently embodies the soul gifts, skills & wisdom you wish to possess. Then we’ll create powerful intentions to manifest your reality incorporating the soul gifts you wish to awaken. When you give life to a gift or skill you wish to connect to, you bring it into your awareness, awakening the wisdom needed to reach your desired goals in your current reality.

There are no requirements for this meditation, just wear something comfortable & find somewhere quiet where you can relax. Please bring a candle to light together if you have one and you may want to bring a blanket for warmth & perhaps a favourite crystal. We will do a short journal practice before the meditation, so please bring a notepad & pen.

There is no pressure to have your video on & no expectation to share. I intend for this to be a beautiful relaxing experience where we can also open awareness & integrate our own soul gifts & wisdom.
