In this guided meditation we will travel to the ancient land of Lemuria to a beautiful rose garden & crystal temple to facilitate a deep heart healing.

Lemuria was an ancient civilisation that existed thousands of years ago & was known as heaven on earth. The Lemurian people were very connected to the earth & spirit & communicated telepathically from the heart, it was a very peaceful & harmonious place to live. The Heart is the first organ to appear when we come into physical form & it is often called “the seat of the soul” because the heart is the first interface between our soul and our physical body. Everything is felt though the heart, it connects us to love, giving & receiving love & joy. When the heart is blocked with emotions & beliefs we can become disconnected from love & the connection to ourselves & others, our essence. In this guided journey we will begin to clear & open our heart to love, discovering more of our true sacred nature.

There are no requirements for this meditation, just wear something comfortable & find somewhere quiet where you can relax. Please bring a candle to light together if you have one and you may want to bring a blanket for warmth & perhaps a favourite crystal. It may also be a good idea to bring a notepad & pen in case you want to write anything down after the meditation.

There is no pressure to have your video on & no expectation to share. I intend for this to be a beautiful relaxing experience where we can also release some emotions or limiting beliefs from experiences that are blocking your heart.
