Join us at 7.30pm BST on the 19th of May for a Love Embodied Fundraiser for families in Gaza.

Lisa from @lisalawtonrituals will start us off with a few gentle yoga movements and postures to activate and open the heart. I (Kelly from @bloom_healing_) will then lead a guided meditation for us to connect to and send out love and peace. Niomi from @stellar.wellness will end with a light language love activation.

Please donate what you can, add an optional extra tip if you wish to add more than £10, all money raised will go to All Our Relations who are currently supporting 10 displaced families in Gaza.

If you can't make the live event, it will be recorded and the replay sent out soon after for you to catch up on in your own time.
