In this guided meditation on the 10/10 portal we will be working with diamond light and the flame of ascension to purify energies held from the past and present which are not serving you. 

Join me for a healing guided meditation journey on the 10th of October. The numerology for the number 10 comes back to the self for healing and enlightenment on your spiritual journey. Number 1 symbolises our higher purpose, higher self and inner wisdom and 0 symbolises universal energy and creation. The 0 amplifies the number 1 attributes which it is paired with so 10 is a powerful number to work with for self love and healing.

This meditation is the day after the Aries Full Moon so we will be working with these energies too. The minor planet or asteroid Chiron is very active under this Full Moon. Chiron symbolises the wounded healer, the past hurts, pain and wounds we hold onto and recurring themes connected to these. This could be bringing up emotions and memories of rejection, unworthiness, fear and shame.

In meditation we will connect to the chambers of our heart, gently opening up and releasing stuck energy from the past with the flame of ascension, diamond light and the nurturing ruby ray. This will include inner child healing and connecting to versions of yourself to bring in love and compassion, coming back to your true essence with freedom from the past and joy for the future. 

There are no requirements for this meditation, just wear something comfortable & find somewhere quiet where you can relax. Please bring a candle to light together if you have one and you may want to bring a blanket for warmth & perhaps a favourite crystal.

There is no pressure to have your video on & no expectation to share. I intend for this to be a beautiful relaxing restful experience where you can drift off to a beautiful sleep afterwards if you wish to.
