Join me on the 23rd of January for a guided meditation journey that also includes a short journaling practise & a water ritual to set intentions and quantum leap to your highest timeline.

This event is soon after the New Moon, a time for intention setting & a new cycle. All planets are direct from the 22nd after a slow start to the year with Mars the planet of action and motivation and Mercury the planet of technology and communication both in Retrograde. With all planets direct and shortly after the New Moon, this is an ideal time to set intentions for the next few months or the year ahead if you wish.

We will begin this event with a short journalling practise, connecting to the direct line of the heart to be guided from this aligned space. We will then go into a guided meditation journey together. In meditation, we will connect to the space in between, the powerful fertile void, also known as the cocoon. We will plant seeds of intention for the next few months ahead connecting to water and light, which is essential for our intentions to bloom. Slowly but surely we rise together and walk onto the path of light that awaits you, helping you to align with your higher self & purpose for this next chapter.

This is the start of the Lunar New Year and the date of the 23rd of January carries the 1,2,3 frequency of the trilogy, creation energy. An ideal time to give yourself the space to slowly emerge from your cocoon and into the next phase.

No previous experience is required for this event.

Please bring a notepad and pen, two glasses of water (separate from your drink) and a quartz crystal if you have one.

Please bring a candle to light together if you have one and you may want to bring a blanket for warmth, an eye mask & perhaps crystals or oils you would like to meditate with.

There is no pressure to have your video on & no expectation to share. You can participate as much as you wish.

If you can't make the live event on Monday lunchtime, it will be recorded anyway and the replay sent out soon after for you to catch up on in your own time.
